06:25 AM EDT, 06/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- XPeng's ( XPEV ) flagship X9 electric vehicle recorded the best range performance and fastest charging time in the Norwegian Automobile Federation El Prix Summer 2026 test, the company said Friday.

The seven-seater achieved 11.4% positive deviation from its official WLTP range, covering 646 kilometers in real-world driving conditions, it said.

The X9 also posted the fastest charging performance in the test, charging from 10% to 80% in 12 minutes and 55 seconds, XPeng ( XPEV ) said.

Shares of the company were up 1.5% in Friday premarket trading.
