10:57 AM EDT, 04/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zai Lab ( ZLAB ) said Thursday that Chief Executive Officer Samantha Du and some others on executive management team have agreed that they "do not anticipate" selling any company shares through the remainder of 2024.

This will exclude shares in current Rule 10b5-1 plans or shares used to fulfill tax liabilities related to the vesting of equity awards, the company added.

Other executive officers include Josh Smiley, Rafael Amado, Harald Reinhart, Yajing Chen, F Ty Edmondson, and Jonathan Wang, the company said.

Shares of Zai Lab ( ZLAB ) fell past 1% in recent trading activity.
