Zeta Global Holdings' Q1 Loss Narrows, Revenue Rises; Updates Revenue Guidance; Shares Surge Premarket

04:16 AM EDT, 05/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zeta Global Holdings ( ZETA ) reported late Monday a Q1 net loss of $0.23 per diluted share, narrowing from the $0.38 loss per share a year earlier.

Five analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.25 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $194.9 million, up from $157.6 million a year earlier. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $187.2 million.

For Q2, the company now expects revenue of $210 million to $214 million, up $8 million at the midpoint from prior guidance. Two analysts polled by Capital IQ are expecting $213.8 million.

For 2024, the company now expects revenue of $895 million to $905 million, up $25 million at the midpoint from the prior guidance. Analysts polled by Capital IQ are expecting $885 million.

In Tuesday's premarket activity, the company's NYSE-traded shares surged more than 16%.
