Zscaler Fiscal Q1 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Increase; Q2, FY Outlook Set; Shares Fall

04:44 PM EST, 12/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zscaler ( ZS ) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings Monday of $0.77 per diluted share, up from $0.55 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.63.

Revenue in the three months ended Oct. 31 rose to $628 million from $496.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $605.5 million.

The company expects Q2 non-GAAP EPS of $0.68 to $0.69 on revenue of $633 million to $635 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $0.68 on revenue of $633 million.

The company expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP EPS of $2.94 to $2.99 on revenue of $2.62 billion to $2.64 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $2.86 on revenue of $2.61 billion.

Shares of the company fell 6.3% in recent after-hours trading.
