At the sixth SBI Banking & Economics Conclave, CNBC-TV18's Shereen Bhan moderated a panel discussion on the role of the knowledge economy in India.

The panel comprised of Rajnish Kumar, chairman of State Bank of India; TV Mohandas Pai, chairman of Manipal Global Education Services; Dr Purnendu Chatterjee, chairman of Haldia Petrochemicals; Dinanath Dubhashi, managing director and chief executive officer of L&T Finance Holdings; Dilip Asbe, managing and chief executive officer of NPCI; Mahendra Nerurkar, chief executive officer of Amazon Pay and Vivek Agarwal, head - corporate development at Tech Mahindra.
