The management is open to any suggestion or feedback including a forensic audit if investors demand it, said Dhirendra Singh, CMD, Manpasand Beverages.

"If shareholders demand a forensic audit, the company will conduct one," Singh said.

Deloitte Haskins and Sells India was the auditor of Manpasand for eight years before it resigned on May 26 over allegations that the latter was withholding information.

The only way to restore investor faith is by improving internal systems and more business, added Singh.
