Q: 29-year-old Balakrishna Rao Kadiri writes us from Andhra Pradesh. I am investing Rs 5,000 on a monthly basis in ABSL Frontline Equity Fund, HDFC Midcap Opportunities Fund and Principal Emerging Blue Chip Fund through SIPs. I like to invest in another two funds through monthly SIPs. Please advise suitable funds. My goal is wealth creation over a period of 10 years.

A: Three-four mutual funds offer you reasonable diversification. Diversification should be across market capitalisation and investment style. Add value investment in your portfolio by adding Kotak India Contra Fund.
