Research Alert: CFRA Keeps Buy Opinion On Shares Of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
May 26, 2025 3:22 AM

01:30 AM EDT, 05/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We lift our 12-month target price by $35 to $380, valuing AJG shares at 25.3x our newly initiated 2027 EPS estimate of $15.05 and 28x our 2026 EPS estimate of $13.60 (up by $0.15), versus the shares' one-year average forward multiple of 27x and a disparate peer average of 22x. We trim our 2025 EPS estimate by $0.20 to $11.50. Our Buy recommendation on AJG shares reflects our view that AJG's revenue growth momentum is intact, reflecting a combination of exposure growth, pricing gains, and contributions from an ongoing acquisition strategy. We expect this above-peer rate of growth to continue, providing the shares with a catalyst and supporting the shares' premium valuation versus peers. While growth via acquisitions injects a degree of execution risk into AJG, we also note AJG's more domestic focus leaves it less exposed to some of the challenges faced by some of the global insurance brokers.
