Research Alert: CFRA Keeps Hold Opinion On Shares Of Inspire Medical Systems, Inc.
Jun 11, 2024 8:46 AM

11:15 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We cut our 12-month price target to $175 from $225 due to recent market movements, based on a forward P/E of 233x our 2025 EPS estimate of $0.75, a discount to INSP's historical forward average due to decelerating growth versus historical. We maintain our adjusted EPS estimate of $0.15 for 2024 and $0.75 for 2025. We still view the balance sheet favorably with good liquidity (i.e., a high current ratio of 7.9x) and solvency (i.e., total debt/capital low at just 4%). We see the company adding new centers ahead of its targets, which should bring additional top-line growth over the next one to two years. We also anticipate growth from the next-generation Inspire V soft launch later this year and the full launch next year.
