02:05 PM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We keep our 12-month target price of $110, valuing TROW shares at 10.5x our newly initiated 2027 EPS estimate of $10.45 and 10.7x our 2026 EPS estimate of $10.25 (up $0.80), vs the one-year average forward multiple of 11.4x and peer average of 14x. We lift our 2025 EPS estimate by $0.46 to $9.53. Q3 EPS of $2.81 versus $2.57 a year ago topped our $2.35 estimate and the $2.54 consensus view, on 6% revenue growth (above our flat to 5% forecast), and we now see 3% to 7% revenue growth in 2025 and 2026. Average AUM rose 8.4% Y/Y to $1.72T, but annualized effective fee rates fell to 39.1 bps from 40.7 bps, and Q3 net asset outflows totaled $7.9B, with $14.4B in equity outflows eclipsing $6.5B of inflows into other assets. We applaud TROW's recently announced collaboration with Goldman Sachs, but we think more significant actions are required to offset TROW's chronic equity outflows and TROW will have to explore other inorganic options to address secular trends in its active equity business.
