Research Alert: CFRA Keeps Strong Buy Opinion On Shares Of Nasdaq, Inc.
Oct 21, 2025 8:59 AM

11:45 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We keep our target price at $130, applying a forward P/E of 34.3x our 2026 EPS estimate, above NDAQ's five-year average forward P/E of 23.3x, given continued wins in financial crime, improving IPO conditions, and momentum in the Index segment. We increase our 2025 EPS estimate by $0.05 to $3.43 and decrease 2026's by $0.02 to $3.79. NDAQ stands among the world's most expertly managed companies. We have long identified Verafin as NDAQ's crown jewel, positioned to capitalize on the substantial growth runway created by rising financial crime. This thesis received compelling validation in Q3 when Verafin secured Goldman Sachs as a new client, a testament to its superior service capabilities. Notably, recent robust growth has enhanced rather than compromised operational efficiency. The company demonstrated impressive operating leverage, with margins expanding 170 basis points in Q3. Looking ahead, we project NDAQ's operating margin will reach 55.5% in 2025, up from 53.8% in 2024 and 52% three years prior.
