09:45 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We raise our 12-month target to $250 from $212 on higher revised P/E of 18.2x our '26 EPS, below peers but above historical (5-year forward average at 17x) to reflect our view of bottoming fundamentals. We reduce our '25 EPS estimate to $11.40 from $11.58 and '26 to $13.74 from $14.12. Although we expect revenue tied to analog chipmakers to remain challenged through most of this year, we believe lower customer inventories and the attractive content growth story offer a more favorable set-up in '26. Within Autos (59% of sales), NXPI generates about 40% of revenue from megatrends (autonomous driving, electrification, and service-oriented cars), which are growing in representation. NXPI also benefits from rising China demand, as China EVs are winning the battle versus the Western OEMs . The industrial market is much more fragmented and diversified across the channel, but we see demand being led by more connectivity building factory automation.
