Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Buy Opinion On Shares Of Park Hotels & Resorts Inc.
Aug 5, 2025 12:18 PM

03:00 PM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We maintain our target price at $12 on a forward P/FFO of 5.6x our 2026 view, a discount to its three-year average of 6.7x. We increase our 2025 FFO forecast by $0.03 to $2.07 and maintain our 2026 estimate at $2.13. Hilton Hawaiian Village (HHV) continues to be a headwind, with RevPAR down 15.7% YTD and management expecting a 7%-8% decline in Q3 before high-teens growth in Q4. We see HHV EBITDA of $180M in 2025 ($69M YTD) with Q4 driving this growth. We continue to hold a positive long-term fundamental outlook on the Hawaiian hotel market given the limited supply growth. Royal Palm transformation should drive substantial FFO growth in H2 2026 with a target RevPAR of $400 (up from $265 pre-renovation). Concerns remain about labor cost inflation with management expecting 4%-4.5% growth next year, but PK has been efficient managing expenses (property tax and insurance premium reductions) with slow RevPAR growth in H1 2025.

Key takeaways A portfolio loan is a type of mortgage that a bank or lender creates and retains -- keeps in its portfolio -- rather than selling in the secondary mortgage market.
