01:05 PM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We reduce our 12-month target to $120 from $150, on lower EV/Sales of 12x our 2026 estimate, below historical but above peers. We keep our 2025 EPS view at $1.45 and 2026 at $1.82. After posting better-than-expected Q1 results and Q2 guidance on the top line, we think SHOP is doing a good job balancing growth (+20% revenue) and profitability (mid-teens FCF sustained). Despite concerns around tariffs, we think SHOP is navigating uncertainty well thus far (April/May tracking better than expected) while its limited cross-border GMW exposure into the U.S., low impact from the de minimus exception (only 1% of revenue exposed), and high exposure to more affluent U.S. consumers are positives. Exposure to small- and mid-sized business is a risk as we conservatively forecast modest revenue deceleration in 2H. That said, we are encouraged by international expansion, broadening penetration of services (e.g., Shop Pay), new offerings on the platform, and overall ability to outgrow the broader e-commerce space by 2x.
