06:25 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We adjust our 12-month target price for CNH Industrial ( CNH ) to $11 (cut from $13), implying a 2025 P/E multiple of 18.9x, above its five-year average forward P/E of 12.0x, justified by expected margin recovery, in our view. We revise our EPS forecasts to $0.58 from $0.63 for 2025 and to $0.80 from $0.90 for 2026. CNHI revised its 2025 outlook, now expecting Agriculture sales to down 11%-13% Y/Y (from down 12%-20%) with margins of 5.7%-6.2% (from 7%-9%), and Construction sales down 3%-5% (from down 4%-15%) with margins of 1.7%-2.2% (from 2%-4%), all at constant FX. The company also cut its adjusted EPS target to $0.44-$0.50 (from $0.50-$0.70). We see these revisions as reflecting weak agricultural demand, tariff and mix headwinds, and tighter production discipline, suggesting 2025 will remain a transition year. While ongoing supply-chain localization, footprint optimization, and pricing actions should gradually ease the pressure, we expect near-term challenges to persist for several quarters.
