We raise our 12-month target by $14 to $85, 19.0x our FY 26 EPS estimate, a discount to COO's historical average. We lift our FY 26 EPS view by $0.08 to $4.50 and initiate FY 27 EPS at $4.89. The Cooper Companies ( COO ) delivered Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $1.15, up 11% Y/Y and beating consensus of $1.12, while revenue grew 5% to $1.065B with 3% organic growth. The company completed strategic restructuring with $89M in charges to generate $50M in annual pre-tax savings starting FY 26, positioning for enhanced efficiency. CooperVision revenue of $709.6M grew 3% organically, with toric/multifocal lenses up 5% and MiSight myopia control lenses surging 37%, demonstrating strong specialty portfolio momentum. CooperSurgical posted 4% organic growth to $355.6M, with office/surgical accelerating to 6% growth while fertility remained challenged at 1% amid Asia Pacific headwinds. Following total revenue of $4.1B in FY 25, we forecast revenue rising to $4.3B in FY 26 and $4.5B in FY 27.
