Research Alert: CFRA Reiterates Buy Opinion On Shares Of Kkr & Co, Inc.
Nov 7, 2025 12:29 PM

03:15 PM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We leave our 12-month target unchanged at $165 using a forward P/E of 24.6x compared to the five-year historic average at 26.9x. We lower our 2025 adjusted net income (ANI) estimate by $0.05 to $5.25 and keep 2026's at $6.70 on respective projected revenue of $8.5B and $10.5B. KKR delivered strong performance in Q3 2025 with ANI of $1.41, up +8% and better than the $1.31 consensus estimate. The flywheel for monetization or exit from companies owned in private equity funds is beginning to show sustained recovery, based on our research. The shares have corrected 31% in last 12 months due to concern about the outlook for its private equity and insurance units, along with credit risks in private credit. We think KKR has made successful adjustments in private equity, and we do not see any systemic credit risks to the company's private credit funds. Insurance net investment income is up 15% Y/Y and Global Atlantic (insurance) AUM rose 11% Y/Y to $212B in the last 12 months.
