Alexandria Real Estate Equities Shares Fall After BTIG Downgrade

03:03 PM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alexandria Real Estate Equities ( ARE ) shares fell 7.3% in recent Wednesday trading after BTIG downgraded the stock to neutral from buy.

Trading volume stood at over 4.3 million shares compared with a daily average of nearly 1.7 million.
