The Dow Jones Industrial Average and the S&P 500 were up 0.1% at 38,892.1 and 5,186.5, respectively, while the Nasdaq Composite fell 0.1% to 16,334.2. Among sectors, materials and real estate paced the gainers. Consumer discretionary and technology were in the red.
Walt Disney ( DIS ) , Builders FirstSource ( BLDR ) , Datadog ( DDOG ), (DDOG) and FMC (FMC) are among the companies that reported their latest quarterly financial results.
The US 10-year yield dropped 2.4 basis points to 4.47%, while the two-year rate was little changed at 4.83%.
Arista Networks ( ANET ) , Occidental Petroleum ( OXY ) , Electronic Arts ( EA ) , Rivian Automotive ( RIVN ) , Reddit ( RDDT ) and Lyft ( LYFT ) are scheduled to report results after the closing bell.
West Texas Intermediate crude was almost flat at $78.51 per barrel.
