Investment strategy

The Helios Flexi Cap Fund will be actively managed to align with its investment objectives and asset allocation. The fund will predominantly invest in equity and equity-related securities across market capitalisation. It may also allocate assets between equity and fixed income securities based on market conditions and the fund's asset allocation pattern, Helios Mutual Fund said.

Additionally, the fund may invest in equities through primary market offerings, engage in stock lending activities, and utilise equity derivatives for hedging and portfolio balancing.

Should one invest?

Investing in mutual funds carries inherent risks, and it's crucial to consider the financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon before making a decision. The Helios Flexi Cap Fund aims for long-term capital appreciation, making it potentially suitable for investors with a long-term investment horizon.

However, it's important to consider that this is the second offering from Helios Mutual Fund, and it's an NFO (New Fund Offer). Before investing, it's advisable to consult with a financial advisor who can provide personalised guidance based on one's unique financial situation.
