Here’s a look at buzzing stocks for trade on February 16

The Indian market is likely to open flat Tuesday as the trend on SGX Nifty indicates a subdued start for the broader index in India. The Nifty futures were trading 2.00 points or 0.01 percent higher at the 15,342.00 level on the Singaporean Exchange at 8:00 am.

Here are the top 10 buzzing stocks for today:

1. Bank of Maharashtra, Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, Central Bank of India

: The government has shortlisted these four banks for privatization, Reuters reported.

2. Tech Mahindra, Wipro: The companies have signed agreements with Germany-based telecommunications provider Telefonica Germany/O2 to support its end-to-end IT transformation.

3. TCS: The IT major has launched a Neural Automotive and Industrial Experience Center in Troy, Michigan, to help customers accelerate innovation.

4. Titan Company: The company’s subsidiary CataLane has incorporated 'StudioC Inc' as a wholly-owned subsidiary. CaratLane acquired 100 percent stake in StudioC Inc worth $150,000.

5. Jet Airways: The company reported a standalone loss of Rs 2,841.45 crore and a total income of Rs 354.2 crore for the year ended March 2020.

6. Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders: The company has delivered the third Scorpene Submarine of Project P-75 to the Indian Navy.

7. Gujarat State Petronet: Mirae Asset Investment Managers (India) increased stake in the company to 5.03 percent from 4.9998 percent via open market transaction.

8. Poly Medicure: The company opened its QIP for subscription on February 15 and fixed the floor price at Rs 550.79 per share.

9. SIS: The company approved the proposal of buyback of upto Rs 99.99 crore worth of equity shares, at a price of Rs 550 per share.

10. SunEdison Infrastructure: Sebi ordered a forensic audit of the books of the company to ascertain whether there have been any manipulations and said the clouds surrounding the acts and intentions of the company and its connected entities need to be urgently removed.
