IT in super growth cycle, says Vikas Khemani of Carnelian Capital; bets for Eicher among autos
Feb 12, 2021 5:48 AM

The Indian IT companies are in a growth cycle and are likely to deliver sustainable double-digit earnings over the next few years, said Vikas Khemani, Founder of Carnelian Capital Advisors.

In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Khemani shared his views and readings on the market and specific stocks.

“IT services companies are in the super growth cycle and you will see them delivering high teen earnings growth over next 4-5 years on a sustainable basis,” he said.

He is of the view that the auto sector has a headwind in terms of disruption and how it will pan and what will pan out is going to be a bit of a dampener.

“If you want to be in auto then choose players like Eicher Motors where the risk is limited on disruption side. However, this sector will also grow,” he said.
