Global markets remained weak on Wednesday after China retaliated to US President Donald Trump's tariff measures by imposing import tariffs on 128 US products. The US markets plunged more than 500 points in its Tuesday's close post the trade war buzz which led other markets to follow suit.
After Tuesday's session, the US markets made a comeback. Household goods makers, retailers and homebuilders led the way while technology companies reversed some early losses.
