BioCryst Pharmaceuticals (BCRX) has agreed to acquire Astria Therapeutics ( ATXS ) in a deal valued at $700 million, the companies said. Astria Therapeutics ( ATXS ) shares were up more than 41% and BioCryst Pharmaceuticals shares were down nearly 5% premarket.
