Nvidia ( NVDA ) has launched RTX Spark, a new AI chip that will feature in Microsoft ( MSFT ) Windows laptops and desktop personal computers. Nvidia ( NVDA ) stock rose past 2% and Microsoft ( MSFT ) shares were up more than 3% pre-bell.
