Oracle (ORCL) will establish its first cloud services center in Indonesia in partnership with DayOne Data Centers Singapore, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Shares of Oracle were up nearly 2% premarket.

Methode Electronics ( MEI ) shares were down more than 19% after the company reported a wider fiscal Q4 adjusted net loss as net sales declined during the period.

ASE Technology ( ASX ) shares were 0.5% higher after the company said its June net revenue was 49.51 billion New Taiwan dollars ($1.66 billion), up 5.5% from a year earlier.
