Oracle (ORCL) said it plans to raise $45 billion to $50 billion in gross cash proceeds in 2026 to fund the expansion of its Oracle Cloud Infrastructure business. Separately, Bloomberg reported that Oracle has initiated a US dollar bond sale, citing a person with knowledge of the matter. Shares of Oracle were up more than 4% in recent premarket activity.
Nvidia's ( NVDA ) plan to invest as much as $100 billion in Microsoft ( MSFT )-backed (MSFT) OpenAI has stalled amid doubts regarding the deal, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Nvidia ( NVDA ) stock was down more than 1% pre-bell.
Opera (OPRA) shares were up more than 10% after the company said it expects Q4 revenue of more than $170 million, exceeding its previously issued guidance of $162 million to $165 million.
