01:25 PM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CEL-SCI ( CVM ) shares sank 45% after the company said late Wednesday that it priced an offering of 2 million shares at $2.50 apiece, targeting gross proceeds of $5 million.

Intraday trading volume jumped to over 1.62 million shares from a daily average of about 61,000.

Shares of solar companies were under pressure Thursday after a tax bill that passed the US House included cuts to key clean energy credits, according to media reports.

SunRun ( RUN ) shares slumped 39%, with trading volume rising to 56.9 million from a daily average of roughly 13.9 million.

Enphase (ENPH) slumped 20% as intraday trading volume rose to over 20.7 million from a daily average of about 5.43 million.

First Solar ( FSLR ) shares dropped 5% amid an increase in intraday trading volume to over 5.12 million from a daily average of roughly 4.57 million.
