02:06 PM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Thumzup Media ( TZUP ) said Monday it priced a confidentially marketed public offering of shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase shares at $10 each.

The company said it expects to receive gross proceeds of $46.5 million.

Shares sank 33% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 2.7 million from a daily average of about 335,000.

Owens & Minor ( OMI ) reported Monday Q2 earnings and full-year adjusted earnings guidance below market expectations.

Shares slumped 34%, with intraday trading volume surging to over 3.9 million from a daily average of about 1.2 million.

Monday.com ( MNDY ) issued a Q3 revenue outlook below market expectations at the midpoint, taking the shine out of its Q2 beat.

Shares dropped 27% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 6.3 million from a daily average of roughly 575,000.
