12:21 PM EDT, 10/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- United Homes Group ( UHG ) said Monday that a special committee of independent directors has completed its review of strategic alternatives and decided the homebuilder will continue operating as an independent, publicly traded company.

Shares sank 50% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 2.3 million from a daily average of about 103,000.

Adaptimmune Therapeutics ( ADAP ) said Monday that it will voluntarily delist its American depositary shares from the Nasdaq Capital Market and begin the process to deregister from US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting.

Shares plunged 67% as intraday trading volume soared to over 247.8 million from a daily average of about 98.3 million.

Acco Group ( ACCL ) shares dropped following their Nasdaq debut on Friday, when the company priced its initial public offering of 1.4 million shares at $4 apiece.

Shares fell 28% to $2.90, with intraday trading volume at over 221,000.
