01:31 PM EST, 02/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FlyExclusive ( FLYX ) has agreed to buy Jet.AI's ( JTAI ) aviation business in an all-stock deal, the companies said Friday.

Shares of Jet.AI ( JTAI ) more than doubled as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 92.6 million from a daily average of about 1.13 million.

SRM Entertainment ( SRM ) said Friday it signed a lock-up agreement with shareholder Safety Shot for about 2.3 million of the company's common shares, representing roughly 14% of SRM's outstanding stock. Under the terms, Safety Shot cannot sell those shares until Jan. 1, 2026, SRM said.

Shares soared 79% as intraday trading volume surged to over 228.3 million from a daily average of about 3.14 million.

Nvidia ( NVDA ) reported new holdings in Q4, including about 1.7 million shares in the Chinese autonomous driving tech group, WeRide ( WRD ) .

Shares of WeRide ( WRD ) soared 82%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 18.2 million compared with a daily average of more than 95,000.
