02:02 PM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Inno Holdings ( INHD ) reported Monday a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Megabyte Solutions to jointly deploy a Web3 technology application on Inno's ( INHD ) cross-border platform under development.

Shares surged 148% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 207 million from a daily average of about 6.2 million.

Fulton Financial ( FULT ) agreed to acquire Blue Foundry Bancorp ( BLFY ) in an all-stock deal valued at about $243 million or $11.67 per Blue Foundry common share, based on Fulton's share price of $17.96 as of Nov. 21, the companies said Monday.

Blue Foundry shares climbed 40% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 1.8 million from a daily average of about 48,000.

Chaince Digital ( CD ) said Monday it entered into a non-binding agreement with ZJK Industrial ( ZJK ) to build a precision components gigafactory in the US.

ZJK Industrial ( ZJK ) shares advanced 56% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 3.5 million from a daily average of about 26,000, while Chaince Digital ( CD ) shares jumped 13%, with intraday trading volume at over 238,000 compared with a daily average of about 324,000.
