11:58 AM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite fell in midday trading Tuesday, despite progress on ending the US government shutdown.

In company news, SoftBank Group sold its entire stake in Nvidia ( NVDA ) for $5.83 billion. Nvidia ( NVDA ) shares fell 3.5% around midday.

CoreWeave ( CRWV ) reported a Q3 loss late Monday of $0.22 per diluted share, narrowing from the loss of $1.82 a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $0.54. Revenue rose to $1.36 billion from $583.9 million, topping the consensus estimate of $1.29 billion. The company lowered full-year revenue guidance to the range of $5.05 billion to $5.15 billion from the range of $5.15 billion to $5.35 billion. Analysts project $5.24 billion. CoreWeave ( CRWV ) shares fell 13%.

Paramount Skydance ( PSKY ) reported a Q3 net loss late Monday of $0.01 per diluted share, compared with breakeven a year earlier. Analysts expected earnings of $0.40. Revenue fell to $4.12 billion from $6.73 billion, missing the consensus of $6.86 billion. The company expects Q4 revenue of $8.1 billion to $8.3 billion, above the market consensus of $7.84 billion. Paramount projects $30 billion in 2026 revenue and plans over $1.5 billion in incremental programming investments. The company implemented a "significant" workforce reduction at the end of October that affected about 1,000 employees, while 600 workers chose to take voluntary severance packages over returning to the office full time. Paramount shares rose 9.9%

Sea Limited ( SE ) reported Q3 earnings Tuesday of $0.59 per diluted share, up from $0.24 a year earlier. Analysts expected $0.72. Revenue rose to $5.99 billion from $4.33 billion, topping the consensus of $5.64 billion. Sea Limited ( SE ) shares fell 6.1%.
