FREUDENSTADT, Germany, May 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SCHMID Group N.V. ( SHMD ) (the “Company” or “SCHMID”), a global leader in advanced manufacturing solutions for the electronics and semiconductor industries, today announced that it will host an investor conference call and webcast to discuss its annual financial results and business update.

The Company expects to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) prior to the conference call.
