July 10 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be

affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

IBERDROLA

Iberdrola said on Tuesday it had completed the issuance of

green notes for 750 million euros ($811.28 million).

TELEFONICA

Telefonica said on Tuesday it had signed with the Romanian

telecom group DIGI a new mobile network deal for 16

years.

ENAGAS

Enagas said on Wednesday it agreed to sell its 30.2% stake

in Tallgrass Energy to private equity firm Blackstone for

$1.10 billion.

GRENERGY

Grenergy has closed the financing for phases 1 and 2 of its

Chilean Atacama project for $345 million, Spanish renewable

energy firm said on Wednesday.

PUIG, MELIA

Puig will join Spain's blue-chip equities index on July 22,

the stock market's advisory committee said on Tuesday, just over

two months after the cosmetics company completed the country's

biggest initial public offering in nearly a decade.

Puig will replace Melia Hotels in the IBEX 35 index.

AEDAS

The company said on Tuesday it had renewed a commercial

paper programme of up to 150 million euros ($162.26 million) for

another year.
