Aimei Health Technology Co., Ltd. is a blank check company newly incorporated for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities.

It is our intention to pursue prospective targets that are focused on healthcare innovation. We anticipate targeting what are traditionally known as “small cap” companies domiciled in North America, Europe and/or the Asia Pacific regions that are developing assets in the biopharmaceutical, medical technology/medical device and diagnostics space which aligns with our management team’s experience in operating health care companies and in drug and device technology development as well as diagnostic and other services.

We shall not undertake our initial business combination with a target business with its principal business operations in China (including Hong Kong and Macau).
