180 Life Sciences Gets Extension to Regain Compliance With Nasdaq Listing Requirement

12:20 PM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- 180 Life Sciences ( ATNF ) said Tuesday that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel has granted its request for additional time to regain compliance with the exchange's minimum stockholders' equity requirement of $2.5 million for continued listing.

The hearings panel has given the company until Sept. 20 to regain compliance with the equity rule, the firm said.
