1847 Holdings Seeks to Withdraw Registration Statement; Shares Fall

12:03 PM EDT, 03/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- 1847 Holdings ( EFSH ) said Tuesday that it has asked the US Securities and Exchange Commission to withdraw its registration statement on Form S-3, which was filed on Feb.1, 2023.

The registration statement covered shares issuable upon the exercise of a warrant that was declared as a dividend. It is no longer required as those shares may now be issued under an exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act, the company said.

The company added that no shares were sold under the registration statement.

Shares of 1847 Holdings ( EFSH ) fell nearly 6% in recent trading activity.
