12:15 PM EDT, 04/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- 1847 Holdings ( EFSH ) said Monday that it will submit a request for a review of the NYSE American staff's determination to delist the company's common shares.

The company said it was informed Thursday that NYSE Regulation staff had determined to start delisting proceedings for its shares due to the stock's low selling price and its shares were immediately suspended.

1847 said its shares will remain suspended pending the review's results.
