1911 Gold Down 8% After Raising $23 Million in a Best-Efforts LIFE offering and Private Placement

01:11 PM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- 1911 Gold ( AUMBF ) shares were last seen down 8% after the company on Thursday closed a best-efforts LIFE offering and private placement for proceeds of $23 million, including the exercise in full of the agents' over-allotment option.

Proceeds from the sale of the Non-FT units will be used for general corporate and working capital needs.

The company also said the TSX Venture Exchange provided conditional approval to issue 1.5-million shares to 2743708 Ontario Inc. at $0.20 per share to satisfy $300,000 owing for certain corporate development and advisory services.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.08 to $0.91 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
