Mar 22, 2024 8:24 AM

11:05 AM EDT, 03/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- 3D Systems ( DDD ) said Friday that it received a March 18 notice for its non-compliance with the New York Stock Exchange's continued listing requirements after it failed to timely submit its Form 10-K annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023 to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said the notice has no immediate effect on its NYSE listing and that it has six months, from March 15, to submit the annual report and regain compliance with the bourse's listing requirements.

3D Systems ( DDD ) said it continues to work on the filing and it expects to submit the annual report within the six-month period, but noted that there is no guarantee that it will meet this deadline.

3D Systems ( DDD ) shares were down more than 3% in recent trading.
