3M Partners With US Conec on Optical Interconnect Technology for Data Centers

11:55 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- 3M ( MMM ) and US Conec said Thursday that they have signed a licensing deal for 3M Expanded Beam Optical Interconnect technology to meet the requirements of data centers.

The collaboration integrates 3M's ( MMM ) advanced optical technology with US Conec's connectivity systems, the companies said.

As part of deal, US Conec will produce and distribute products incorporating the 3M Expanded Beam Optical technology, the companies added.

Terms of the partnership weren't disclosed.
