5E Advanced Materials Closes $8.3 Million Offering of Common Shares

05:19 PM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- 5E Advanced Materials ( FEAM ) said late Monday it closed a public offering of nearly 2.4 million common shares at $3.50 apiece for gross proceeds of $8.3 million.

The company said it will use the net proceeds for the operation of its boron facility, wellfield development and analysis, planning for FEL-3 engineering, and general corporate purposes.
