07:56 AM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- 5N Plus ( FPLSF ) , a global producer of specialty semiconductors and performance materials, on Tuesday reported the renewal of its supply agreement with First Solar , an American, Nasdaq-listed solar technology company.

Under the Agreement, 5N+ will increase its supply of cadmium telluride semiconductor materials to First Solar for the manufacturing of thin-film photovoltaic solar modules.

5N+'s advanced specialty semiconductor materials are imbedded in First Solar's Series 6 and 7 PV modules in a specialty semiconductor stack.
