A. O. Smith Closes $120 Million Acquisition of Unilever's Pureit

05:34 AM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- A. O. Smith ( AOS ) said Friday it completed its acquisition of Pureit for $120 million.

Based in India, Pureit provides water purification services and was previously owned by Unilever ( UL ) .

Price: 75.01, Change: -0.09, Percent Change: -0.12
