A2Z Cust2Mate Prices Upsized $45 Million Common Stock Offering

04:31 AM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions ( AZ ) said late Tuesday it priced an upsized and oversubscribed public offering of about 5.6 million common shares at $8 each, for about $45 million in gross proceeds.

The company expects to close the offering by Thursday and said proceeds will be used for its development and expansion, and for working capital purposes.
