07:56 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions ( AZ ) said Wednesday it has received a $55 million purchase order from Israeli supermarket chain M. Yochananof & Sons.

The purchase order covers the deployment of 5,000 Cust2Mate 3.0 smart shopping carts across Yochananof's network, the company said. The deployment has already started and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

Financial terms of the order were not disclosed but the company said it comprises an upfront payment and monthly charges per cart for at least 60 months.

Moreover, A2Z Cust2mate will repurchase Yochananof's existing Gen 2.5 carts for $7 million.

The parties have also entered into a data, retail media and digital services agreement.
