05:55 PM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- A2Z Smart Technologies ( AZ ) said late Monday it plans to sell shares, and/or pre-funded warrants, in a best efforts public offering, with ThinkEquity as its placement agent.

The company intends to use the proceeds for development and expansion of existing business and working capital purposes.

Shares of the company dropped more than 21% in extended trading.

Price: 0.37, Change: -0.11, Percent Change: -22.51
