AAON's Board Approves $30 Million Share Repurchase

05:50 PM EST, 03/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AAON's ( AAON ) board of directors approved a $30 million share repurchase under its $100 million buyback program.

The timing and the number and value of shares repurchased are dependent on market conditions, price, trading volume and other factors, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

Shares of the company rose 3.4% in recent after-hours trading.
