09:09 AM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AAR (AIR) said Thursday that it has signed a territory expansion agreement with Otto Engineering, expanding its Americas-based electronics distribution partnership into the APAC region.

AAR said the agreement called for it to distribute Otto's products, which include electromechanical switches, grips, and joysticks to the commercial and defense markets in the region.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
